Terms of Service

By accessing and using Parser ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

These terms apply to all users of the Service, including visitors, registered users, and paying customers.

2.1 Service Description

Parser provides AI-powered document data extraction services. The Service allows you to upload documents and automatically extract structured data.

2.2 License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes.

2.3 Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features, you must create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep your account information updated.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.

4.1 Service Plans

Parser offers two service plans:

• Pro Plan (Pay As You Go): Pay-per-page model at $0.06 per page processed. Includes REST API access, webhook notifications, JSON/CSV export, and basic email support.
• Enterprise Plan: Custom pricing based on volume and specific needs. Includes all Pro features plus advanced format support, flexible payment methods (credit card, invoice, bank transfer), and premium support during business hours (Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM EST).

Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

4.2 Free Trial

New users receive 50 free credits to try the Service. Free credits cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

4.3 Payment Processing

Pro Plan: Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method.

Enterprise Plan: Payment terms are negotiated individually and may include invoicing, bank transfers, or other methods as agreed upon in your enterprise contract.

4.4 Refunds

Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction.

You may not use the Service to:

• Process documents containing illegal content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Scrape or harvest data from the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6.1 Our Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Bix Tech and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Content

You retain all rights to the documents and data you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your documents solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6.3 Feedback

If you provide feedback or suggestions about the Service, we may use them without any obligation to you.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BIX TECH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

7.1 Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."

7.2 Data Accuracy

While we use advanced AI technology, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy in data extraction. You are responsible for verifying extracted data.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions that should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
